Some dates only need weighing and wrapping; Ajwa asks to be read. Layered onto that small, finely wrinkled dark fruit are stories upon stories: a name Indonesian parents now give their daughters, the highland orchards of Aliyah south of Madinah, the authentic narrations that single it out, and a steadily growing body of phytochemical research. Pusaka Ajwa — the Ajwa heirloom — exists to keep all those layers in one place, in two languages.

Five Disciplines, One Fruit

We arranged this site like a reference manuscript, not a brochure, tending five fields of study at once:

• Origins and agronomy — the etymology of the name, Madinah's orchard landscape with its hundreds of thousands of palms, and production figures that can be checked;
• The Aliyah taxonomy — the most complete mapping in Indonesian of why highland Ajwa commands a different price;
• Grade science — how size, flesh density, and sorting truly set value, beyond packaging labels;
• Narration scholarship — the Bukhari and Muslim texts presented with the Arabic, translation, and chain of transmission, treated as revered scripture rather than marketing material;
• Nutrition and phytochemistry — phenolic content, sugar profile, and glycemic index, cited to primary journals and worded conservatively.

An Authenticity Methodology

Because counterfeit Ajwa genuinely circulates, we maintain a laboratory-style verification framework: varietal markers, orchard provenance tracing, and origin documents accompanying each arrival. Readers are welcome to apply that framework to any seller — including us.

An Heirloom Is Kept, Not Displayed

Calling something an heirloom carries physical obligations. Four decades of supplier relationships in the Hijaz give us access to Ajwa with traceable orchard origins, and every arrival is cared for at our storage facility, Green Sedayu Biz Park, Cakung, East Jakarta, until its character reaches you intact.
